• 1 hour general information consultation • Assistance completing P2 wedding planning booklet • Unlimited text and email correspondence with your consultant throughout the entire planning process • Assistance in researching/securing ceremony + reception venues • Access to preferred vendor list including 3 options per wedding category • Vendor liaison between 6 local vendors* • Booking assistance (checking availability, booking appointments, attending meetings as needed) • Accommodation sourcing for out of town guests • Transportation sourcing for wedding party and guests • Budget planning and management • Assisting to develop wedding vision • Create wedding design inspiration boards, sketches, room layouts, lighting, colour pallet, with your experienced P2 Wedding Designer • Access to P2 Wedding Rentals (rental fees apply) • Assistance assembling and mailing invitations • RSVP management • Seating chart and meal template coordination • Confirmation calls with all vendors • Create detailed timeline for the wedding party and MC • Assistance packing out of town thank you gift baskets • 2 Hours pre-wedding consultation available to couple to use at their discretion • Rehearsal coordination (1 hour) • Placement of guest favours, placecards, guestbook, cake knife & seating chart • 2 wedding planners on site on the day of the event (8+8 hour coverage) • management of vendor load-in, production and load-out • on site day-of management and execution of ceremony • Pass out wedding bouquets and boutonnieres • Seat guests with officiant/MC • Communicating with bridal party for arrival • Ensure all wedding party in correct order to walk down isle • Open ceremony doors • Communicate with Photographer • On site day-of management and execution of reception • Return to reception to greet guests and vendors • Communicate with MC & DJ regarding timeline • Seat guests • Communicate with Wedding Party for reception arrival • Be accessible for any guest list discrepancies/correct them • Serve Wedding Couple (if buffet) • Ensure Wedding Party is drinking water • Maintain timeline accuracy for speeches and specialty dances • vendor tip + payment issuing • Use of P2 Wedding’s emergency kit • Happily Ever After - on site day-of management and execution of post wedding services • 2 Hours post wedding available to couple at their discretion.
