Ideal for couples who are confident planning their wedding but need assistance on the day maintaining control through collaboration with your wedding planner.  (Wedding Couple provide Timeline for Planner to Follow

• 1 hour general information consultation 

• Assistance completing P2 wedding planning booklet

• Correspondence with your consultant 

• Access to P2 Wedding Rentals (rental fees apply)

• Follow couples own detailed timeline for the wedding party and MC

• 2 Hours pre-wedding consultation available to couple to use at their discretion 

• Rehearsal coordination (1 hour) 

• Placement of guest favours, placecards, guestbook, cake knife & seating chart

• 1 wedding planners on site on the day of the event (8 hours coverage)

• Management of vendor load-in, production and load-out

• On site day-of management and execution of ceremony 

• Pass out wedding bouquets and boutonnieres

• Seat guests with officiant/MC

• Communicating with bridal party for arrival

• Ensure all wedding party in correct order to walk down isle 

• Open ceremony doors

• Communicate with Photographer

• On site day-of management and execution of reception

• Return to reception to greet guests and vendors

• Communicate with MC & DJ regarding timeline

• Seat guests 

• Communicate  with Wedding Party for reception arrival

• Be accessible for any guest list discrepancies/correct them 

• Serve Wedding Couple (if buffet)

• Ensure Wedding Party is drinking water

• Maintain timeline accuracy for speeches and specialty dances

• Vendor tip + payment issuing 

• Use of P2 Wedding’s emergency kit
