Booking assistance (checking availability, booking appointments, attending meetings as needed)
Accommodation sourcing for out of town guests
Transportation sourcing for wedding party and guests
Budget planning and management
Assisting to develop wedding vision
Create wedding design inspiration boards, sketches, room layouts, lighting, colour pallet, with your experienced P2 Wedding Designer 
Access to P2 Wedding Rentals (rental fees apply)
Assistance assembling and mailing invitations
RSVP management
Seating chart and meal template coordination
Confirmation calls with all vendors
Create detailed timeline for the wedding party and MC
Assistance packing out of town thank you gift baskets
2 Hours pre-wedding consultation available to couple to use at their discretion
